They will simply not answer the phone. I've tried calling for nearly 3 hours and no answer.

The pharmacy staff here has always been very helpful and friendly towards me. I see a review where someone trying to fill pain medicine is basically bashing Dr. Young for what sounds to me like following protocol, and they are claiming he is judging them. However, I have visible piercings and tattoos and expect to be judged sometimes, but I've interacted with multiple pharmacists here and Dr. Young is one of them, and he has always been a pleasure. Friendly, polite, and professional, just as all of the other pharmacists at this CVS. One thing that really irritates me is bad customer service, but at this pharmacy I've had nothing but good experiences. I don't often write reviews but I saw the others and would like to state my opinion. I couldn't be happier with this pharmacy. This location always has what I need in stock at all times, and if there is ever a problem with any of my prescriptions, the pharmacists are very good about getting things fixed or adjusted quickly. If I have an issue with a prescription, they immediately call my doctors office and will work with them to accommodate me, which none of the other pharmacies I've used have ever done for me. I also find that the inside of the store is clean and organized, which I can be picky about as well. I just can't believe some of these bad reviews. I absolutely love this pharmacy and I actually drive further out of my way just to go to this location. I would recommend it to anyone.
